ARMED ATTACKERS raided Pandanguo village in Lamu County last night, torched houses and robbed Kenya Police Reservists of six guns. No casualties have been reported so far.
Lamu County Commissioner Miiri Njenga said 
several houses were torched in the 3am incident and added they are yet 
to confirm if there were any casualties.
The attackers burnt four houses, two 
classrooms at Pandanguo Primary School and a store. Mr Njenga said 
police and Kenya Defence Forces personnel have been deployed to the 
area. Deputy Inspector General of Police Mr Samuel Arachi is also 
expected to visit the area Friday.
